Summary
Beastboard does not collect, transmit, store on a server, or share any personal data. The app works fully offline.
What we collect
Nothing. There are no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising SDKs, and no in-app purchases. The app does not ask for your name, email, account, location, contacts, or device identifiers.
Local on-device storage
All gameplay state is stored locally on your device using the Hive embedded database. This includes:
- The current saved game (board state, move history)
- Win / loss / draw counts per AI level
- Daily challenge progress and streak
- User preferences (sound on/off, music on/off, language, board coordinates, hints, threats overlay, eval bar, time control)
This data never leaves your device. We never see it. Uninstalling Beastboard removes it permanently from your device.
Network use
The release build of Beastboard makes no outbound network requests. The Android release manifest does not request the INTERNET permission. iOS does not declare any privacy-sensitive usage descriptions because none are needed.
Children
Beastboard is a general-audience board game. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone — including children. Because nothing is collected, no parental-consent flow is required.
Third parties
We do not share data with anyone, because we have no data to share.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the app after the date constitutes acceptance.
